Matt and Eleni's Medium Dark- Regular Roast (1 pound bag)

This is our most popular roast. The beans are roasted just past the second crack until they attain a dark brown color with just a little bit of blackening. This roast is full flavor and a treat to the taste buds with every sip. 

The beans are imported by quality suppliers and shipped to Matt and Eleni's Coffee where they are roasted every Sunday in Santa Fe, NM. The beans are roasted in small batches of no more than a pound each, giving the roaster complete control over the desired outcome of the roast- so you can rest assured that you are receiving a quality product and a fantastic cup of coffee. Our goal is to bring the Central American cup of coffee right to your table by offering a high quality product roasted with individual attention one small batch at a time.  

This product is sold as whole bean. It is not ground.

Shipping:

We use FedEx exclusively. The beans are roasted every Sunday and then shipped on Monday.
